What's included at no extra charge

Both formats — included. Every order ships the restored photo montage and the living-motion version, rendered from the same restored photo set. One price covers both.

48-hour revisions — included. Within 48 hours of delivery, any change the family requests (re-order photos, swap music, adjust pacing, edit a title card) is on us. No upcharge.

Vertical sharing companion — included. A 60–90 second 9:16 version rendered from the same photo set, so the family has something to share on phones after the service.

Brand watermark — included. Add your funeral home's logo to a corner of the final video. Subtle, opt-in, no charge.

What we don't charge for

Platform fee. $0 per month. If you don't have a memorial this month, you owe us nothing.

Subscription. We don't have one.

Restoration. Photo restoration is part of every order, not a per-photo add-on. Send the whole shoebox.

Setup or onboarding. Send us photos and a name; we deliver. No account creation, no demo call required (though we'll do one if you want).

Family hosting. We don't host videos for families. You give the family the final MP4 files and a private streaming link — those are yours to share however you like.

How is the price $20?

It's the question funeral directors ask us most, so here is the honest answer: our production is almost entirely automated. The restoration, the assembly, and the rendering of both formats run on our own systems, with a human review before anything ships — so our cost per tribute is a fraction of what a hand-edited studio carries, and we pass that through. The $20 isn't a discount on the work, and nothing about the deliverable is reduced to reach it. The commitments — every photo restored, both formats, the refund-and-deletion guarantee — are written into the Terms, not just this page.

$20 is our founding-home rate — an introductory rate for the funeral homes that join us earliest. It will rise for later cohorts as we grow; funeral homes onboarded at the founding rate keep it. No subscription, no platform fee, no minimum.

Product scope + the dignity guarantee

Restored, not reinvented. We sharpen, clean, and color-correct what the photograph already holds. We don't paint on a smile, a glance, or a detail the photo didn't show.

Full refund + file deletion. If the family is unhappy with the final tribute, we refund the full amount and delete the files. No questions.

Motion only, not speech. The living-motion format is motion synthesis on still photographs — soft breath and held warmth. We don't generate or animate the deceased's voice, and we don't offer voice options as a premium tier.

From the photograph, not beyond it. Motion is limited to what the source photograph supports. We don't add a movement the photo didn't show.
