Add-ons

Custom edit — $25. Within 48 hours of delivery, any change the family requests (re-order photos, swap music, adjust pacing, edit a title card). Most families don't need this.
Vertical sharing companion — included. Every render ships with a 60–90 second 9:16 version rendered from the same photo set, so the family has something to share on phones after the service. No upcharge.
Brand watermark — included. Add your funeral home's logo to a corner of the final video. Subtle, opt-in, no charge.

What we don't charge for

Platform fee. $0 per month. If you don't have a memorial this month, you owe us nothing.
Subscription. We don't have one.
Setup or onboarding. Send us photos and a name; we deliver. No account creation, no demo call required (though we'll do one if you want).
Family hosting. We don't host videos for families. You give the family the final MP4 file and a private streaming link — those are yours to share however you like.

How funeral homes typically retail this

At $99 wholesale, most funeral homes retail this to families at $249–$299 — comparable to a traditional tribute video package at a service-length deliverable. That's a 60–67% gross margin. You retail however you like; we don't dictate.

The dignity guarantee

Full refund + file deletion. If the family is unhappy with the final video, we refund the full amount and delete the file. No questions.
No voice cloning. Ever. We will never generate or animate the deceased's voice. This is a hard product-scope limit, not a feature we haven't built yet.
No invented expressions. Motion is limited to soft breath and held warmth. We never invent a smile or expression the photo didn't show.
